Overall I tried to find the good, it’s close to the National Park, plenty of restaurants and shopping to walk to and items that satisfied my kids likes for breakfast. But I think there needs to be some accountability, if a property’s pool has been closed for awhile it shouldn’t be able to say it has a pool. The phone in the room was broken so I couldn’t call down do the front desk. The light by the sink was out so it was hard to get ready in the dark. After the housekeeping went in our room smelled awful. There was a Kleenex on the ground behind the door when we arrived. And they took one of the blankets from the bed so it has only sheets. And the Elevator had a smell that gave me a headache. It’s just an elevator what could cause it to smell bad?!

For a 2 or 3 star hotel, this one was really nice!! The room was very clean and tidy when we checked in, the staff was very friendly and super helpful, the location is so convenient being at the park end of the strip and minutes away from tons of restaurants and shops. The jacuzzi tub was really nice except for the jets didn’t have the best pressure, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked great… the only negatives I can really comment on are in the mornings there wasn’t enough hot water (at night it was great) and the room was kind of poorly lit. One overhead light and two bedside lamps. As long as you’re not expecting the Hilton out of this place I think you’ll be very pleasantly surprised!

Room is clean, and comfortable, with refrigerator and microwave, but under the bed has some trash hiding there, bathroom work well, wifi is weak and slow, breakfast is simple, bread, milk, not as good as past, always fill up, that is good. The first day we dig some hair from sink, over all is good.

The room was awful. It had peeling wallpaper tiles laying on the floor the tv channels didnt work and it was dirty. I had to book another room for the weekend.

Parking- Horrible. Staff wasn’t very friendly When asking about the one guaranteed parking spot, staff told me “I don’t know what to tell you. Find your own parking.” My response was I paid for a hotel with parking for a reason- start towing the people without passes.
