This was the best experience ever at this hotel. It was centrally located among so many shops and activities. Leon at the front desk is the sweetest thing ever. I would recommend this place to everyone

We had a great stay in Pigeon Forge! Used Valet service the whole time and ALL the staff were so helpful and kind.
