The bartender was amazing despite nks were great went with his suggestion had a bloody Marie with jalapeño juice mad it a kicker

We liked everything about the hotel and the area. Everything was easy and convenient. The hotel was very clean, and beautiful. We went during what appeared to be fall break. There were a lot of families with children which made everything very crowded and the traffic getting into Gatlinburg was bad. Other than that, we had a great trip!

The staff were so very polite and kind. Every employee smiled and spoke to us. Many options for eating and just to sit and chill. I would change the balcony area. The noise coming from what I believe was the AC unit was very loud and put off allot of heat. It was very hard to have conversations and the heat finally drove us inside.
