My husband and I stayed 8 nights at this resort. The staff here makes up for anything being "outdated" - we walked in and were greeted with a huge smile and "Welcome!" by Miriam (the concierge). She is a delight. We checked in with Pamie who was equally delightful. Big smile, friendly and fun. Many comments in the reviews talk about needing an update, but honestly we felt the accommodations were great - they care for the beach daily, we loved the location (away from the "big city") and every room has an ocean view. Each morning we sat on our patio and enjoyed coffee and each night we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. We did not do the all-inclusive because we spent our days roaming the island and getting in as much snorkeling as possible (good snorkeling from Morritt's dock to Wyndham dock). However, we did do Karaoke night and a lunch at the beach bar, and breakfast twice at Tides restaurant. All good experiences! The servers were all super sweet and attentive. They also had local artists come one day and set up shop - which I loved! 😍 I was able to get a painting from a local - much better than something made in China sold in a souvenirs shop. A woman also had beautiful jewelry, leather bags and wood decor. A man was selling beautiful pens hand crafted. Definitely worth checking out even if you're not staying here! A friend recommended Wyndham to us and we would recommend it to our friends and family. The employees made us feel at home!

Check in staff were not friendly. Jacked us around on all-inclusive price. We’re super stingy on soap and shampoo.

The hotel and staff was very nice. When the sea weed cleared up, the beach was very nice. Good snorkeling. My only complaint is they put us in a smaller room than I paid for and we had to insist on the correct size by showing our receipt from Travelocity.

The location is on the East end of the island. If you are looking for the quiet island life then this is the place for you. I loved staying here. The local restaurants were great. The diving was through White Sands Diving, which was awesome. The only issue we had was with the housekeeping staff. There were some issues with towels and cleanliness of the rooms.

Nice Hotel close to NOTHING

Hotel is nice but not close to anything else on the island. If you stay there plan on renting a car. The beach is covered with sea weed. If you want seclusion this is the place for you.

The serenity of our location in East End coupled with our 1600 feet of beach makes for a very tranquil environment for enjoying vacation time. The ‘seaweed’ referred to is a phenomenon that goes in cycles and the entire Caribbean this year is experiencing an inordinate amount of it, not just our resort. It is related to such things as tidal activity and warmer water surface temperatures. We wish you safe and happy travels.

Fantastic hotel

We really loved the Wyndham Reef Resort. The room was beautiful and the ocean view was spectacular. Our 2 boys loved the Murphy beds and our king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The resort was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We truly had one of the best vacations ever. We will stay at the Wyndham again.
