Booked with Travelocity, always do. Ck in was Fri leave Sun for a King Suite. A Natasha was working counter, a line of people waiting when we walked in.
Seemed not to know what she was doing, honestly, seemed completely high!
The people at the counter took another 15 min, they had two rooms, other person wasn't there yet, this completely through her off. The lady before me just walked in on another guest she said with the card she was given! Natasha gives her a different room card booked for someone else, it was laying on the counter with a bunch of others with slips for people booked already you could see. She kept looking at them confused, giving them out cause two other people not together came down and said they walked in on people as well.
Its our turn, she tells me we're booked for a handicap double queen, for Fri only. Said she can't help, its booked through Travelocity, call them.
I sit in the lobby across from her and call. They place me on hold and call hotel. I hear the call, Natasha says a bunch of spams going on, can't help you on ph, email me.
In that time, guest came down wanted towels. She goes into backroom, in there awhile, comes back with pillow. Says "anything else I can get you?" He said uuum yeah, towels. Seriously, like I said, high!
After an hr an half of waiting Travelocity was able to get her to give us what I booked and paid for. Next day Jamie was there, she was great! She was such a hard worker and was totally on top of everything!!!
