Nice property and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were nice but was disappointed with stained sheets and dirty mugs. Piles became blocked but staff were helpful. Good area however not overly close to shops, but good parking availability.

Have stayed here before but disappointed on this occasion. There was a damp smell as soon as we opened the door. Hadn’t been hoovered properly as there were bits of food on the floor beside the bed - don’t know how housekeepers missed it! Can’t fault the service as desk staff were great but some TLC required in the rooms.

Nice hotel
Met by pleasant Irish girl on arrival. Good directions on where to go. Good lift access. Room clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast good choice. Very very close to Hydro great when attending. Reception excellent at chasing up taxi when they were few and far between as busy. No complaints.
