Pleasant owners, but the rooms are old and filthy. Really need new paint, carpet, and sofa. Kitchen and bed were fine, but the rest....

$77 doesn't buy much these days

Pros: Quiet the night I stayed. Felt pretty safe even though it was on a back street.
Cons: Bed was very hard and room could use a deep clean. Trash behind night stand, dirty behind the faucet handle and bathroom vent dusty with cobwebs.
Location: Don't know. Just there for one night.
When I arrived, although the owners/manager were nice, the couple made me feel like I was getting a nicer room than what I paid for. It was very private and what I requested (2nd floor) but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, bed was hard as a rock and had stains on the mattress cover (I checked for bedbugs) and the TV remote volume didn't work. Definitely a no frills place for $77. No hand towel/paper towels in the kitchenette, one roll of toilet paper and no hand towels in bathroom. The couple running the place was nice enough but I doubt I'll be back next year.

Sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We will definitely check in the cleanliness issue you mentioned. As for the towels, there must have been a mix up as we provide bath towels, bath mat, wash cloth, as well as a hand towel as a standard policy. We apologize for the mixup and will check to see why your particular room didn't have the hand towel.
