Perfect spot for vacation!
Great stay! It was welcoming and comfortable! Exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation! The *only* downside is that it's a lot of stairs and hills, so if you have mobility issues that can be difficult. But they also have shuttles that can take you around if you need it.

Staff were exceptional. Especially JJ at the tour desk. He went above and beyond every day even when it wasn't his area. The only complaint I have anout this property is the amount of walking. However, they do provide shuttle service between rooms and lobby, pools, beach etc

Beautiful area with mostly great staff. Room was good but the door key card always glitched out. Had to get it recoded several times before they replaced the entire door lock. Family we traveled with had several hundred dollars stolen - think housekeeping-and they did not get it retuned because they said they should have put it in the room safe. The room safe was broken, and they were told as much. Made no difference to them.

Hotel and accommodations the worst I have experienced traveling. After finding someone to help us check in, we were greeted with Dont's: don't lose or break the bracelet that is your key to your room or you will be charged a night stay!! Don't let animals in your room or you will be charged damage. Don't bother the front desk to ask to solve any problems. After we got to our room we noticed we had only 2 water bottles for the day. We asked the front desk if we could have 4 bottles of water a day. She said "NO". I kindly pointed out to not deliver the 2 cans of beer or one bottle of soda each day but instead deliver 4 bottles of water. Again, reply was "NO". If I needed more water I could go to the gift shop and buy some. The next day our room was cleaned but we were shorted hand towels. All the towels are old and frayed. I first asked the house keeper for a wash cloth, nothing, then front desk. Towels Never arrived. But we did have several crabs and spiders on the floor!! I gave up on the towels needed for the week!! No Service at the pools. If you wanted a drink, you had to get it at the restaurant! Food was terrible, the same food every day! Tried to make reservations for the week. Front desk said I am only allowed 2 reservations a week!! The other meals would be buffets that close at 8:45 each night. We ended up with diarrhea by day 3. The main hotel had No air conditioning until a convention showed up. Then air was turned on!! Not a 4 star hotel, 2 stars at best!

The resort is very spread out with my room being all the way at the end up the hill and on 2nd floor with a view of the bay. It didn't feel crowded at all, which i loved! There is plenty to do on premises with 2 pools, beach access, tennis courts, kayak tours, morning stretch, chill bar, and disco bar, and so much more! The staff were super accomodating on premises and if you wanted to go exploring! My only complaint is the availability of non meat options (seafood and vegetarian) at the dinner buffet. I did get into one of the premium restaurants on the resort one of the nights, The Italian. There, the food was absolutely delicious! They also have Oriental (sushi) and The Grill as premium restaurant options.Definitely returning!
