My disappointment
I am upset not only with the hotel but with hotels.com Hotels.com charged me $63/night but the hotel actually charge all customers $45/night. Not only this after I finished the 6 booked night by hotels.com the hotel itself tried to charge me $63/ night instead of $45/night. Again my disappointment is not only this, when I checked in the hotel refuses to accept me the hotel.com booking and obliged me to deposit $300 and they were so reluctant to return back my money or to inform hotel.com to refund my payment which I did by my card.
