Initially we were thrilled. However, once we went down to the pool we found the hot tub to be extremely dirty. A lot of adults drinking alcohol in there amongst children too. Once we got back to our room, my three year old son found two pills tucked into a towel in the bathroom. This tells me that they did not change out the towel from a previous tenant. If I weren’t there when my son found them, it could have gone TERRIBLY. brought this to the front counter and all I received was a “we will investigate”. Not overally impressed.

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need. Friendly, helpful staff as well (shout out to Caitlin!). i suggest bringing ear plugs because the traffic noise was louder than I'm used to.

The room was spotless, front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area with hot tub, sauna, splash pad and water slide were amazing.
