We love this hotel. We travel to this area every year and this is where we stay. Staff is so professional, efficient and helpful. Rooms are immaculate! Couldn't ask for anything better.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU! To all the staff at this hotel. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. We average 6 or more hotels a year this tops them all. Our room was spotless the dacore was awesome very unique we loved it. There wasn't even a speck of dirt in the stairwell loved the painting in the rooms, hallways and stairwells. Each room was named and decorated with the theme name. Our room was Loren, so the paintings in the room were Sophia Loren. I can go on and on about this place. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!

Extremely well appointed.

Pros: Very friendly, efficient staff and beautiful hotel.
Cons: Toilet seats very cheap. It sank a couple of inches when I sat on the closed lid to put on shoes. Startling and annoying. Absolutely need upgrading.
Location: The Baci restaurant was semi-casual with top notch food choices. I had both breakfast and lunch and was very pleased.
The staff were very nice, helpful, anticipated needs, accommodated every need beyond what was asked. Room was lovely, tastefully decorated and very clean. The hotel parking lot is "shared" with Carmen's Banquet facility and you can walk between the two (in case you are attending a wedding, dinner theater or other event.) Quite convenient.The rain head shower was very nice, though I also wished there was a regular wall hand held showerhead, mostly to avoid dampening hair and being able to rinse all over easily. I had an issue with the toilet seats. They were inexpensive plastic and sitting on the closed seat to put on shoes it "collapsed" a couple inches. Startling, annoying and not the quality of everything else in this wonderful hotel..

My Son and his new bride had their wedding reception at Carmen's so we stayed at the hotel. One thing I liked best of all was the noise reduction policy after 11pm at the hotel. The room was clean and modernized.
