Three bedroom and 2 Full bath home in a unique location. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room located on first floor, along with a spacious and comfortable living area with ROKU TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs, with each bedroom fully-carpeted and equipped with ROKU TVs. Master bedroom suite has adjoining full master bath.

The guest access is at the rear of the home on the back deck. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The garage is being used as an office and cannot be used by guests.

The guest will solely have access to the entire home. The car lot uses the basement and garage to conduct business, which is fully blocked off from the home.

You will rarely see us, but if you need us- we are nearby!

This home is not located in a traditional neighborhood, but rather a corner lot, which is next a major throughway.

You will need a car or ride share service to get around town. This home is conveniently located between the major cities of Cincinnati and Dayton. Tons of great restaurants, shopping, and local breweries to explore!

This home is located on a very low-activity car lot. No one else has access to the home, but the guest.

Smoke filled house
From the moment you enter the house it has a strong smell of a smoker. A kitchen cabinets was broken. The refrigerator was not cold and had broken rack plus the handle was black and gooey. The dryer was stained with blue ink from a previous use. I sent pictures immediately to the host. A representative from guest services came to deliver towels since there were only five on the property. She explained that was part of the reason the kitchen chairs were soaking wet due to the Washer failure which had just been replaced that day. We booked for three days but only stayed less than 24 hours mostly due to the smoke. When I went to the rehearsal dinner a friend asked me if I had started smoking since I smelled it on my clothes.

Our family stayed for a wedding...
The updated living room and bedrooms were very nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It should be noted that this house is on a used car lot, and half of the house is the office. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The traffic at intersections can be heard from bedrooms - (run the noisy bathroom fan to help cover the noise).

Wonderful Experience
Our family experienced a fire in our home and was in need of a temporary place to stay while dealing with insurance and looking for a new permanent home. Jason was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The property is beautiful, cozy, conveniently located and fully stocked with everything you need. From krogers to kings island, anything and anywhere is within minutes away.
Stayed 14 nights in Feb 2021
