Check in was a breeze and room was very clean. Layout was perfect for a group of 6 whick included two 12 year olds and a 10 month old. We were in building 1 and didnt realize game room and indoor pool were in building two. Its just a short walk and weather was nice so it wasnt a problem. Kids and adults enjoyed watching the trains go by. Whistles blow when they go by, fun during day, not so much at 2 am.

This hotel was rated one of the best and certainly not the cheapest. Staff was very friendly. I don’t mind paying for a top notch hotel but I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you have to take out your own garbage and recycling before you leave and wash your dishes. You have to leave the building you are in and go to office in separate building for towels, toilet paper, etc.Will not stay again!

Good location to visit Hershey. There’s sleeping room in beds for 6 and it would be nice to have 2 more comfy chairs in the den so some guests don’t have to sit at hard kitchen chairs when all visiting together. Would have also been nice if there were travel size shampoos, and soaps in the suite. We didn’t know we needed to bring those bc thought it was handled like a hotel.

The property was nice and clean! That is important for me and my kids. I also had a new born baby and I felt so comfortable. The pools are nice and the arcade was free. Hershey park was less than 5 mins away and the shopping center was across the street

A beautiful property located close to everything Hershey has to offer. Clean and recently updated, including a new pool/spa area. Friendly staff! This was our 3rd time at this property and we are looking forward to another visit!
