This place is disgusting. Our room was infested with fleas. Dog hairs all over the place. Spent the entire weekend in misery because I am allergies to dogs...Bed linens were dirty we asked for our bed linens to be changed and the floors vacuumed when we left for the day. Came back same bed clothes were on the bed, they just made the bed. How do I know that? Because I marked the tags of all the bed linens before we left the room. The bathroom door is falling to pieces and there is black mold above the tub. The floors in hotel and the lobby were filthy. Ice cream was spilt in elevator on Friday it was still there this morning when we checked out. House keeping manager came to our door knocking at 7:30am on a Saturday asking if we wanted our room cleaned. Seriously!! Let people sleep! We asked 4 times for bath towels waited over 3 hours to finally get 2 towel. There was 3 people in our room. We were told the sofa would have blankets and pillows for our son. We get to our room, there was nothing for the sofa. I went to the front desk and was told they had no pillows or comforters and gave me a dirty prison type wool blanket. How do you treat your guest like this. You can guarantee we WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN!!!. This place needs shut down and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Water in shower took ten minutes to warm to hot water. But the woman who checked me in was just lovely. Fun and welcoming and funny! I commend her.

The shower has some mold. Breakfast was good. Except. No boiled eggs or yogurt. Or lactose free milk. Biscuits were stale.
