I didn't like that I had booked a king bed and when I arrived they said they overbooked that room and now I had to have 2 queen beds. I booked that room over 6 months ago so I should have had priority for the king bed room.

A lot of noise. Called the front and reported. Noise continued and the people making all the noise came and beat on our door. Reported again, finally stopped but my wife and granddaughter were frightened and got very little sleep. We left the next morning and found another place to stay.

I asked for a late check out of 12 which I was told was ok. Starting from 9:30 on the maid started knocking on our door I told her we had a late check out but that didn’t stop them from knocking and calling and deactivating our room cards to get us out very unprofessional and rude

Very nice place.... Only complaint was the person with the clipboard just busting into our room one morning while we were in there. Said thought we "were gone",,,,but the Do Not Disturb" sign still on door. She had clipboard stating we still had 3 more days of our stay....She was casing our room, she thought we were out for the day. It was rather obvious by the look on her face.

There was a stain on the ottoman in our room and half of the amenities were missing. Shower didn't work properly. Staff was very nice and complimentary breakfast was nice. Property definitely needs some updating and a good cleaning. Next to a get busy highway but was convenient.
