Let Us Tell You About This Home:
It's all about Location, Location, Location! From your designated parking spots (yes, you have 2 spots that are just for you in the Port!) you will enter this condo through the beautifully appointed lobby at the private guest entrance on the right side of the building (from parking lot) with keypad and sign that reads "Harwich Port Commons". For ease of unpacking there is a large capacity elevator located just down the entrance hallway along with a staircase for access to the second floor. Unit 203 is located in the rear right of the building.

When you enter Perfect Rx you will find a luxurious light-soaked bi-level floor plan waiting for you. Wide plank oak hardwood floors and modern coastal decor greet you along with a deluxe chef's kitchen with a Wolf induction range and convection oven. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher - all appliances are stainless steel and of the highest quality. A large quartz with marbleized finish breakfast bar with nautical lighting that seats 3 accents this fabulous kitchen.

The 9 ft ceilings are so welcoming as you enter the combination dining and living area. You will find a large white washed barn board style dining room table with seating for 6. The living area invites you to relax on the over sized couch or plush chairs. Through the slider you will enter your private balcony to enjoy morning coffee and watch Harwich Port awake. Off the hallway you will find Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. Across the hall is Bathroom #1 a full bath with Carrara marbleized porcelain tile flooring and a flat front soaking tub in a wonderful nautical decor.

Bedroom #1 is at the end of the hallway with a plush king size bed, dresser and large walk in closet. Includes a flat screen TV for bedtime viewing. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a rain shower head in the tiled shower with mosaic details and frameless glass doors.

Off the dining area you will find the staircase that leads you to the upstairs bonus room and rooftop terrace. You are greeted at the top of the stairs by a deluxe dry bar with mini fridge, comfortable couch with chaise lounge that opens to a bed for extra sleeping. Large flat screen TV is ready for gamers with easy access for setting up game consoles. Two leather chairs, games and other relaxing activities await you in this great space. Through the slider you will enter the private rooftop terrace with views of Harwich Port's Main Street with ample seating to enjoy your favorite beverages and fashionable exterior lighting.

Luxury awaits you in downtown Harwich Port! BONUS: sheets, towels and beach towels included! Easy access to the beach which is just 2 blocks away - there is a path just behind the parking lot! Stop at the shed to take some beach chairs and a wagon to help lug all your gear to the sand. Lots of fantastic restaurants that offer everything from fresh seafood, coal fired pizza and homemade ice cream - something for everyone! Deluxe accommodation in Harwich Port
The apartment is very well furnished, has a cooks kitchen, and most of the cook tools you need to make an excellent meal. The location is great- walk down stairs and you have your choice of restaurants. Two blocks to the beach. The outdoor space is nice, but only has a view of the parking lot. We will be back!

The place is beautiful and is at a great location. The place has everything that you need, kitchen is well equipped. Walking distance to great restaurants and beach is nearby. Management was quick to reply regarding housekeeping and washing machine issue. Easy walk to shops and supermarket.
