Really appreciate the fully furnished apartment; didn't need to purchase household items (i.e. dish soap, sponge, etc.). All appliances was a great benefit. Place was very spacious and clean. Finding parking was a bit challenging. Check-in at 4:00-4:30 pm is a little later than most hotels in my experience; it's nearly half the day and becomes difficult if arrival is in the early morning. The same with check-out at 10:00 am; it's difficult when you have no place to stay and having to take your luggage with you if your flight is later in afternoon/evening.

This property is a beautiful resort! The view of the setting sun is spectacular! The condos are comfortable,clean and well maintained. This is the 3rd time we are here, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The area is very nice, clean and quiet. It’s easy to get to as well as lots of sightseeing options. The condo is very clean with all amenities. A little scared to see what the charge for a/c ends up being, and a little annoyed that they don’t tell you there’s a charge for it when you make your reservation- I received an email/text about a week before our stay letting us know.

love the kitchen set up and the outdoor bbq pits. staff was super friendly and were quick to supply our needs. Bed was very comfortable, but sofa bed not so much!

The property was quiet and beautiful but the room was infested with roaches. The TV in the living room never worked right.

We stayed here in a spacious, comfortable, and clean two bedroom condo on a recent trip to Kona. If we ever return to Kona, we will try to stay here again.
