After travelling to 39 states, and 55 countries, this is the first experience that was irritating enough to prompt me to write a bad review. We booked our trip with Comfort Suites Helena Airport through Travelocity. We did not end up staying at the Comfort Suites Helena Airport though, as there was a mistake with our reservation, and the "Guest Services Manager" was unhelpful.
I arrived at the Comfort Suites Helena Airport with my printed out receipt for my pre-paid room and Itinerary Confirmation number. The manager on staff, Nick Campbell" said that my name was not in his computer system, and therefore I was not even "in his world". Somewhere between Travelocity putting me into the Comfort Suites system, and Comfort Suites saving me into their system, a mistake was made, and a room was not held for me.
Mr. Campbell, the manager of Comfort Suites, insisted that it was my problem (despite my receipt and confirmation number) and that likely my documents were counterfeit as I had likely been scammed, possibly due to me booking his hotel off of a "questionable website". He said I could call my bank to cancel my credit card since it was likely a scam and that I could call Travelocity, but if it's a scam, I would not show up in their system. He would not, however, help me unless I wanted to pay him another $200 to book his last room (in addition to the $620 that I had already paid).
Mr. Campbell was very unhelpful, lacked empathy and lacked problem-solving to help.

When I checked in I told the front desk person we were going to have a small birthday party/moving away party for our 3 kids in the pool area. His attitude immediately changed and he quickly told me we don't condone or appreciate birthday parties. Make sure you keep it to a minimum (I did keep it to a minimum and was considerate when we planned for hours the of 4-6pm on a Thursday night, prior to employees getting off of work). I felt very taken a back considering we paid over $200 for the hotel room. I most certainly didn't appreciate his demeanor and really was concerning. We worried the entire night if we may be kicked out for any possible reason since they didn't like to have birthdays there. Thankfully we had no further issues, but it made the entire experience a stressful one. The pool room is extremely HOT! You can not open the door for airflow and no windows. The hot tub was also green. Expected just a little more. The rooms were decent. Definitely enough room to sleep 6 easy.
