the flat i got - 31A - was clean, perfect for my needs and close to cafes and public transport.
BUT, the only complaint I have is about organization:
_I called several times and sent several emails before my arrival to inform I would've arrived at night.
I received and e-mail with check in instructions only one day before arrival and after my afternoon phone call.
_I had problems reaching check in reception at night:
closest bus station left me at 20 min walk from the reception and as I got the keys i discovered my flat was 30 min walk from the recepcion.
they said they were leaving instruction for me on how to reach the apartment, which they didn't.
Instead, I took the instruction and the address on it was completely wrong, but didn't immediately realize since it was dark and the one that i got was the only papersheet left.
So totally, I spent for 1.5 hours to get from the public bus station to the reception, then to the wrong apt direction, finally to my flat.
After a long flight, landing at 11.00 pm, I got to sleep at 2.15 AM.
I am not angry now, not anymore, but these things shouldn't happen.
There's something deeply wrong in your process, please review it.
