"We loved this VRBO! It was a great place for our two families. The beds were unexpectedly so comfy! I’ve stayed in many guest homes through Vrbo - these were the best beds!! The kids loved the hot tub and we would absolutely stay again!! Thank you to the hosts for an easy change in moving the reservation to another member of our family after we were going to be held up getting in. Great experience!"

"We are vacation rental property owner/operators so this may be more critical than it should be. What I liked 1) while not in the core of downtown, not far away to anything downtown 2) Plenty of sleeping space as described 3) reasonably stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo - all the basics. 4) While the age of the house is relatively old, the interior upgrades are really nice. I really liked the upgrade of the kitchen and bathrooms. None of these critiques are negatives, just that I think we had a mismatch of what we thought we were getting and what the house is and is not. 1) I didn't study the pictures enough to get a good flavor of the common space. We had seven people and the living room really wasn't large enough for a week vacation with three little kids. 2) The backyard is mess. It looks like they are doing work on it, but don't plan to use anything other than the small deck. 3) Ground floor bathroom doesn't have a lock - so small kids will be happy to join you in the bathroom. 4) The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, but it was about half reasonably kept and half looks like, well not so nice. None of this is intended to discourage anyone from booking, I would just say that for us, with little kids, it didn't fit what we were looking for on a vacation."
