One paid car pass is included with your reservation. â Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes for $20 per week. â The pool does not have safety equipment and is not heated. All activities are at your own risk. â The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability. â PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed. Please plan accordingly. â Town quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. â The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. â The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.

Our stay at 7 Red Maple was great!The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for the week. Our group consisted of two families, totaling 9 people. The bedroom arrangements were perfect for the 5 kids and 4 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was a little odd that there was not a powder room that was accessible for guests or from the living rooms/kitchen area. The pool was cleaned a couple times a week and sat right on the golf course. We enjoyed late afternoons in the pool watching the golfers scramble. The ping pong table got a lot of use from the teenagers. The location was ideal, as we rode our bikes to Sea Pines Beach Club, Salty Dog and Coligny Plaza. The Lawton Stables were close as well as Harris Teeter (grocery). The only suggestion I would offer is to email check-in information in advance. We all agreed that we would definitely rent this home again!
