Hotel is stunning and in a great location. Service was lacking at points including needing to ask twice in one day for our room to be visited by housekeeping (it was 5pm the second time we spoke with front reception), maintenance was being done on our first night in the room next door at 9.30pm and the restaurant mixed up our order multiple times when we dined there for dinner. The facilities of the hotel cannot be faulted and the breakfast was brilliant.

Property is newly renovated which is a plus. The breakfast is really bad. Not much options. The egg station was appalling. My order had hairs inside and most dishes made are still raw

Quite a central location, got upgraded supposedly due to previous guest checking out late. Service is very good, overall aesthetics is very nice (reminds me of a more expensive hotel, myst dongkoi), jacuzzi bathtub a nice bonus. Our particular room faces the main street, it get full on morning-afternoon sun so it get quite warm, our aircon does not seem to be working at its full potential as despite setting it to16 degrees, it feels like a 25-26. But we were too lazy to move else given the service level, i'm sure the staff/manager would gladly move us. Overall very satisfied with the stay.
