Door person broke my suit case handle when he brought my bags to the room. I had to carry my bag for the rest of my trip

The Holiday Inn was centrally located. The room was nice and on a quiet floor.
The toilet had a problem and kept running. I reported it. It still was not fixed. The water would fill up, stop, and run out slowly and continually kept running. The fast fill needed to be replaced ( I am a Plummer) but he did not agree with me. disappointed the pool was closed.
