Most staff at reception are very efficient but not friendly at all, salvo the tours lady who was lovely. The rooms need major cleaning on the carpets and upholstery. On the good side, it is very centrally located with all conveniences around the hotel. You get what you pay for and in that regard it i a very good value for your money.

The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel itself is very run down. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The room was sketchy and the bathroom was worse. Thankfully we were only there overnight. We chose to skip showers as we both said we’d feel more dirty using it. I picked this one because it was conveniently located. We were able to go to the beach and do most of our souvenir shopping at the vendor strip around the corner.

Do not stay at this hotel
Nothing like the pictures. This place was filthy, run down, and the service was terrible. We arrived at our room to find dirty sheets, broken blinds and furniture, and a disgusting bathroom. The staff was not friendly or willing to help in any way and obviously Hotels.com was useless in giving us a refund even though the place was so gross that we didn't even stay the night. These problems are not even exclusive the the room itself, the entire property once you get past the lobby is run down and dirty. I've stayed at roadside motels that were nicer and half the price. Don't stay at this hotel.

The location is very good. I’m still waiting for refund on my deposit. It’s been more than 5 weeks now and I have not received the refund on my credit card yet
