The upgrades to the rooms were great. The only thing was the new window coverings. They look nice but did not cover all of the window for full privacy.

We appreciate that you have taken the time to tell us about your stay.
Simple, just open the pool that was working before Covid closed it--not quite. It took us a bit of time because we had to replace the hotel telephone system (affected the poolside emergency phone), install a new pool pump, paint & repair the pool surface and then order pool chemicals online because a chemical plant fire a bit over 2 months ago made the chemicals unavailable locally but we have reopened the swimming pool.
We have now reopened the lounge, the restaurant and the swimming pool. We are working on a lot more improvements but, as with the pool, they all take time. Our ultimate goal is to make our accommodations better than ever before.
Sergio, the next time that you are in the Channelview area, please consider staying with us once more so that we might have another opportunity to provide the quality stay which every guest deserves.

When Covid-19 guidelines allow for full occupancy again we will consider reopening our Lounge and our Restaurant. We do have future improvements planned which we expect will improve the stay for each guest.

had a wonderful experience here and staff was super friendly and helpful great restraunt and good food as well as entertainment rooms were in beautiful and fresh condition enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone
