The vallet was the worst i have ever experienced. Sat on the road for 30 min waiting for the vallet, and still had to park my own car..yet there is no option but vallet and you have to pay for it. My city view was a joke..i paid extra for a high floor with a city view and couldn't see anything except the roof of the hotel lobby. Not worth the price i paid for the hotel. Will NOT stay again

The rooms were nice but the rest of the hotel is very dated with many scratches on elevator doors and buttons. The worst food and restaurant service ever in my 40 years of travelling. Not very helpful front desk staff. Nice and smiley but not very forward with info and area knowledge. Excellant shuttle service and that was the only positive thing.

Had to switch rooms bc the AC would not work and it was 84 in the room. The shower head was very painful to use bc it spewed out harsh water. Way too expensive for bare minimum service and appliances. Wouldn’t stay here again
