Ice machine out of order for days as well as the hot tub neither worked by the time we left. No plug for the bathtub and needs extensive remodeling.

This was not a good stay...the only friendly face i got was the lady that checked me in and out and breakfast staff..other than that no..no room service, had to go get or call for my own towels ..had to ask for trash to be taken out..Couldn't even use the sofa bed that i paid extra for....service was terrible
