Housekeeping was not available at night, so we only had one towel in the bathroom. The hotel was not very clean or well supplied.

We only had one towel for the room. I went to the front desk and was told they only had one regular towel to give us. The bathroom does not look clean, and is not fully stocked with supplies. Day shift seems a lot more friendly and courteous.

The door had holes in it from previous installations of latches and it just looked trashy, there were rotten boards around the door, there were marks on the wall that could have easily been cleaned or painted over but no one really bothered. The staff were friendly and that is the only reason I gave this place any stars. If you're looking for a cheap one night hotel then go for it, but I wouldn't be spending any longer than a night or two at the most in this place.

My reservation was for 12/13 and my card was charged before i checked in. The address given is actually the address to the car shop in the middle of 2 hotels, so i ended up going into the opposite hotel. While Im there, i called the Townhouse hotel and was met by a nasty young woman on the phone who repeatedly told me that there were no more rooms. I tried explaining that i had a reservation and she seemed to not care. Told me i would get my money back as long as i didnt check in. Just called today and was met with a similar approach who tried to tell me that i should have come in and blame my money loss on me instead of their incompetent worker. This is a horrible place, full of incompetent workers, and the set that i talked to apparently are mother and daughter based off what the former said. Initially when talking she admitted that her daughter was working that night, then at the end of the convo i asked again and she lied and said she didn't know. Im sure shes going to lie when speaking to the manager but i discourage anyone wanting to stay at this hotel despite the affordable price. Go to the hotel on the opposite side of the car shop, the workers there are very helpful.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy. They first didn’t say they required $60 cash for deposit which I thought was strange due to they had my Credit Card on file. Then after seeing the room I pulled the cover off and two tiny life spiders were crawling around under the cover in the bed. WE DIDNT STAY AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND.
