Nice but noisy
Got in late and found this hotel close to the hospital that we had an early appointment needed a good nights sleep but when the air conditioner would start up sounded like a freight train . Didn't get much sleep but at least breakfast was good

Great hotel but needed a key!
Pros:Spacious room, clean, very pleasant employees.
Cons:The ability to have a key to get in my room!
Location:Located in Houston and I was down there for a bridal shower and family time, so not looking for other activities.
Very nice facility that was close to the family home of my future daughter in-law and bridal shower. Room was clean and spacious and the shower was great! Always love a hotel that includes breakfast in the morning! But a major frustration was the fact that when my daughter arrived first, she could not check in due to the computer being down. She was suppose to meet family at a restaurant, so had to clean-up in the public bathroom and do hair/make-up, etc. Before coming to the restaurant she was able to check in, but could not get a key. A very kind employee stored her bag so she could meet us. Several hours later, we still could not get a key, so the same employee let us in the room. The next morning we still could not get a key. Arriving back after the shower, a very nice employee gave me a master key which did not work, so he got a person to let me in. Went out to dinner with family and came back late and still no key, so the nice gentleman let me in. I left for home the next morning. I was told it was a problem with all the Marriots , and if this is so, they probably need new software for whatever controls the ability to administer keys!
