Not so great!
The toilet in my room was messed up from the time I got there and when I told the front desk they offered me only a plunger to use for myself ans it kept messing up. The room was average and bathroom door was messed up. The phones in the room didn’t work and when I called front desk on my cell they hardly answered and when asking for extra towels I was asked why and how many people were in my rooms because they don’t have enough towels. The breakfast was horrible and juice didn’t taste right.

Two things come to mind: One that the shower was broken in the room so I to pack up and move to another room. Second, the bathtub was so slippery that while trying to get out both of my feet went out from underneath me as I fell backwards, hitting my entire tailbone area on the edge of the tub and I landed on my back. The pain was intense.

I loved that everything around is close the hotel and right off the freeway. The breakfast lady very polite and patient and cleaning staff were really nice and still cleaned around with us being in the room. Only one cleaning lady serviced on Sunday Dec. 3 was not polite at all and didn’t even clean out bathroom nor offered to make our beds. She only took trash out and put clean towels in but no sweating nor moping nor beds made. I hope somebody can get her attention for that so she won’t upset other guests. Other than that everybody else was really nice! We will be back in March!
