Had a great view easy to get to everything. What I didn't like there was not enough English speaking staff especially when you're ordering food they do not understand you and go to the next person leaving you standing there.

Management has this property very very very understaffed. The wait staff is doing their very very best to serve clients but they are just simply out numbered by clients they need to hire more wait staff. The food was not that great I wouldn’t even say good and I’m not a picky eater neither is the rest of my family none of us really enjoyed the food. The beach in the ocean are awesome to look at but at this location very strong and powerful I did not recommend little children to get in or people with not so good swimming capabilities. The shower in the room was awesome! I have long thick hair and always struggle to be able to rinse my hair out in Mexico because of low water pressure but that was not a problem here at all. Another major dislike was that the mattresses have a plastic cover on them which makes it very hot for sleeping woke up every night sweating despite the AC being on. Do not like the reservation system for dinner I’ve been to other resorts that did not have a reservation system end it always seems to work out well even if you have to wait a little while no big deal you’re on vacation. All in all it was good for a short three day stay I’m glad I did not book it for my full 17 day trip. I would not return to Barcelo again.
