We had a few hiccups at the start but both Jayson and Brian too the opportunity to make this right and better. The hotel was relaxed, beautiful vacation spot. Could use some updating to rooms but overall a great place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

They should remove the word “resort” from the name of the hotel. It was like a motel to be exact, with a beach and golf course attached. It was the first vacation I’ve taken since 2018 and a short stay of two nights, but I regret booking it. I rather not waste anymore of my time with this “vacation” but writing all that was wrong. I recommend the Wyndham brand to consider doing surprise inspections and see if the property and quality of food align with what your core values. Future travelers I recommend you look elsewhere in Puerto Rico or even another island.

Excellent resort! The staff is outstanding! At Front desk ,Shiela was extremely helpful, friendly, happy to help with anything .Wyndham is lucky to have such a great person on their staff! Grounds were immaculate , every day morning until night staff was cleaning , taking care of the grounds, pool , lobby etc. The beach is a lovely and close walk. The pool is small but nice. The resort is about 30-45 min from some additional things to do.Impressive how they keep up with prioritizing guest satisfaction , comfort , quality and prestine grounds .Kelvin at the pool bar was great working hard everyday to make guest happy! As well as Aldeberto at Trova made wonderful suggestions , Loved the GF pizza !!! The bell man Carlos was always there to help. So happy we picked Wyndham palmas for our first trip to Puerto Rico! We will be back

Average resort. It’s nowhere near San Juan proper therefore you’ll want to get a rental vehicle. The property doesn’t provide a shuttle to and from the airport. Just about EVERYTHING at this place requires an extra fee (even for Wyndham points members). BRING GROCERIES because the restaurants are often closed and there are no vending machines onsite. There’re no elevators and not many walkable area attractions (other than the beach, pools, golf course and a few restaurants). Not horrible but definitely not luxury.
