It even has a ping pong table, board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect for games night, hosting an event or big groups coming to watch the Bearcats! Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances to make it easier for coming and going.

The Space:
This home is a duplex with a walkway to connect the two residences without having to leave the inside. There is copious amounts of room for the entire family or many friends.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in-between the I-45 (for quick access) and Sam Houston Avenue lies this cozy house, big enough for 16. Down the street from Pita Pit (0.8 mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine.

Getting Around:
Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! There are also many walking and biking trails nearby.

Other Things to Note:
The BBQ is charcoal operated. Please make sure to bring your own charcoal supplies as it is limited in the area.
