I didn't like anything about it. The room was filthy. I spent over $100 in cleaning and pest control supplies to clean it and eliminate the roach problem. The roaches never went away and the room's odor reappeared daily. The refrigerator worked poorly as did the microwave, which were also disgusting. There are smokers in adjacent rooms who smoke several times a day. That cigarette smoke permeated the room and got on all of my clothes, food, dishes and utensils. The owner of the property should not be allowed to remain in the hospitality business.

Room turned out to be a smoking room which I did not request. Unfortunately no non smoking rooms were available so we relocated to another hotel. Staff was nice and said they would refund my payment.

I reserved a non smoking room with refrigerator and microwave. When I checked in I was informed they only had a smoking room with refrigerator and microwave. The freezer of the refrigerator was overgrown with ice and horrendously dirty. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and no longer had the dials to control the temperature. The shower was small and looked unsanitary. My daughter’s and I bathed with sandals on. The next morning at check out the housekeeper just burst into the room without knocking.

Nasty and disgusting property, Floor made out feet black after walking from Bathroom to Bed. The bed had not sheet on and the comforter was like a Shower Curtain or thin drape

A bedbug bit my mom in her room, she killed it and it was full of blood. She took it to the front desk and the staff was like it was no big deal and one guest said that he had ants in his bed.

I was bitten by bed bugs. I was awakened and this brown bug was crawling off my left arm. There is a large raisers area on my arm. I immediately got up from bed to get tissues to kill the bug and he was full of blood
