Horrible breakfast, terrible wifi connection...Way too much clutter, paint cans, molding, repair tools, paint brushes laying in dining area. No real soap bars or conditioner or lotion bottles. water flow from sink spayed all directions.
Other than I had a lovely stay.

A Pleasant Surprise
Pros:The bed was wonderful.
Location:There are grocery stores nearby, as well as a McDonald's and a Spangles. It's also right off downtown Hutch.
Looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Hutch and found this one online. The reviews weren't terribly encouraging but we needed something cheap and this sounded like the best of the worst. As it turns out it was better than that.
The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and while not the cleanest was better than many we've seen. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, which was really the most important thing. The only real complaint we have about the room, in fact, is that it was close to the street so we could hear the traffic. This wasn't much of a problem though.
Breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, coffee, juice, and cereal. The woman making the waffles was friendly as well. The biggest problem I had was that she made waffles in advance and left them to sit so they weren't hot and fresh. For the price, though, it was better than nothing.
In all, it was definitely one of the better experiences we've had with discount motels. Some minor maintenance problems to address, but nothing serious. If you're in Hutch for some reason, you could definitely do worse.

Very Dirty!!!
Room was very dirty. Had an air freshener hanging on a lamp. Next to railroad tracks. There were sofas out on the walk way. Infant daughter was bit by a spider. Didn't feel safe.

Great hotel for the price
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff
I was only here for one night, but it was just right for what I needed: an economical place that was clean and comfortable. It's not a fancy place, nor is it very pretty, but it was a place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, definitely my favorite aspect of the place. The breakfast was my second favorite: we came at the tail end of the serving period, but everything was still hot and delicious, with waffles hitting the griddle as we sat down at our table. The internet was good enough to stream Netflix, which was a plus. There were only two trains that I heard, one around 10 PM and the other the following morning around 9 AM. They were loud, but other than that, the place was very quiet.
The location was great, I really felt like I was staying IN Hutchinson, not outside the city.

This hotel is a hidden treasure
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants
This hotel doesnt look like much from the outside, but it is a great value for the money. Thier breakfast was good and hot and plenty of room to have more than a few people eating at a time. I would stay there again. You do hear trains, but you hear them no matter where you stay in Hutchinson.
