Casa De Le Selva - Beautiful split home that has a native bushland outlook.

Located on the top floor is the open plan living, dining and kitchen that offer reverse cycle air conditioning and a desk space that overlooks the bush outlook, being tastefully styled and offering everything you will need for a comfortable stay. This area accesses the timber deck with privacy seating, privacy screen and BBQ. The middle floor offers three bedrooms that all have built in wardrobes. Main bedroom offers King sized bed, 2nd bedroom offers Queen sized bed, 3rd bedroom offers 2 single beds. Main bathroom located on this floor offers a large shower and separate bathtub. The bottom level offers the remote controlled double lock garage, with separate "games room" setup, offering a double fold out lounge. Additional bathroom and combined laundry offers access to the backyard and clotheslines.   

The backyard is generous and gently slopes towards the bushland at the back. The back boundary is fenced. 

This property is perfect for a family holiday with room for the kids and parents. Ideally do not want more than one family booking the property at a time to ensure that it is looked after and not over occupied.

Other features include air conditioning, quality fixtures, fittings & furnishings, Wi-Fi, balcony & double garage with additional parking available outside of garage on driveway. Only a short walk to the river from the home via a private bushtrack. Only a 5 minutes drive into Beaches of Nambucca Heads or walk via the sand tracks.

Probably my favourite stay ive had away from home. The area was amazing, tucked away but not too far from the hustle of the city. The house was beautifully modern, clean and equipped with everything our family needed to have a wonderful time. 10/10 unforgettable experience would definitely stay here again.
