A very quite Hotel sited I the middle of a woods. Hotel provide breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is big enough and clean. There’s a nice pool as well. The girl in concerige is very helpful. She helped us to send the list iPhone back in a timely manner. We really appreciate their kind help.

Overall a very well maintained property and very helpful staff. Had a great spa experience. However, the property is extremely isolated with limited transportation options. Restaurant meal choices were also limited.

Building was nice enough, and staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about staff. Convenient location to falls, but not a good walk to town. Food at dinner buffet was awful, and breakfast buffet was only slightly better. When I got hot milk out of the dispenser, a fly came out of it. Truly disgusting. Broken gym equipment, and gym not air conditioned. Had to buy bottled water for the whole trip, no free water provided in lobby or anywhere else except breakfast buffet where the dead fly was in the milk. Jets in bathtub did not operate properly.
