Rude employees and LIARS. I guess they only care about getting paid because they definitely don't care about the customers. Will not be returning

It was close to food places and the job that I need to get to but the couch bed had no cover and when I went to get some the only thing she gave me was a sheet. She stated they didn't have any comforters. The elevator didn't work. And maid service didn't come to clean up the room

Manage your expectations...

This hotel was chosen due to the cost, convenience, pet admittance and moderately decent pictures/reviews posted on the website (I was unfortunately in town due to a funeral). Upon arrival, the customer service was subpar at best but bearable. We were given keys and were told to pay a $25 non refundable fee for our pet and was repeatedly given self made rules regarding certain breeds allowed on the property (though requirements are not posted on their site... we have a 5mth old Boxer). After they allowed the "pet exception," we were welcomed to a hotel room reeking of cigarette smoke residue! I personally have respiratory issues so staying in this room was not an option. I went back and forth with the manager and staff and the only resolution he had was to clean the room however, the funeral was in an hour. He refused to allow us to use another room (since the other available "pet" room was being cleaned for another hour and us getting ready in another hotel room was not an option)! I was forced to quickly get ready for my grandfather's memorial at my mother's hotel while my spouse prepared at Extended Stay with our dog.... Horrible! Manager did clean it thoroughly I was told by my spouse after I departed. Also, the hotel turns into a makeshift "club" at night! Guests were loud and hanging out in the hallways, smoking (everything) inside/outside and in the hallways. Definitely would not recommend a stay here!

Better than I expected

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We stayed overnight on the way to Tennessee. Room was comfortable and homey. We liked it so well that we returned on our way back for another night.

This hotel was a very practical hotel for someone staying on a tight budget.

Pros: Free Internet, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: it does not have luxurious furnishings.
This hotel was a very practical hotel. It included more everything that a person might need. For example, it had a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, and blow dryer. It also came with dishes, eating utensils, and dish towels. Razors and other toiletries were available at the front desk as needed.

Home away from home

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I was pleasantly surprised at the amenties this facility offered. My only problem was with the one time charge for use of the wifi services.
