Air conditioning broken, dirty room, lights missing light bulbs, bathroom dirty, tub drained super slow, walls patched but not painted, dirty elevator.... lot of sketchy people walking halls... got room switched, employee was great about it...she was fantastic....2nd room was 5% better and we were tired, not about to change rooms again, went to bed and slept horrible

The entire facility was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. If we hadn’t checked in so late we would have just walked out. We had two rooms and they were both the same. Showers dirty, carpets not vacuumed, bathroom floor not mopped. The smell was bad as well. There was a mildew smell in one room that was really too much to bear even if the rest of the room had been clean. We got in late, left early, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I would rather spend a night in my car than this place again. A complete disaster.

The staff is rude and gross. They were cleaning while bare foot!!!! The coffee area had trash over flowing in the floor. The rooms are disgusting! There was blood on the wall. The toilet wasn't secure. When asked for a refund the associate, Wendy, said we would have to leave. Other hotels are sold out. Then when asked for a supervisor they said they'll be in tomorrow but it would have been after we left. When asked for a number for the supervisor Wendy said Wyndham owns us you'll have to call them. She then pointed toward a brochure and said there might be a number for you to call! This place is AWFUL!!!!!!!

Fitness center was had outdated equipment. Room was ok, but needs updating. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom in foyer had a stopped up toilet. Will not stay here again.

I won't go back

Half the carpet was wet in the first room we were given (most likely due to the A/C) so they switched us to the room next door. In the 2nd room, the drain was clogged in the shower/tub and the shower curtain appeared to have mold along the bottom. Their continental breakfast was good. They offered: make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, yogurt & fresh fruit. You could enjoy some coffee, milk or juice (apple or orange) with your breakfast

Pet unfriendly!

This hotel Does Not have a decent area to walk pets. Also, the hotel clerk can be found chowing down in the guest lounge, rather than behind the desk greeting guests. What's more, when the clerk learned I had a pet, she moved me to a different room. I thought all Laquinta rooms were pet friendly,,.but apparently not. The rooms aren't bad and the beds are comfortable, but overall not a hotel I'd recommend to others. Should stayed at the airport Laquinta instead.
