Beautiful home away from home
The home is beautiful. The master suite is spacious and luxurious. This home has all the amenities and accommodations. There is a lot construction in the area. Overall experience was excellent and the host (Jason) response quickly.

Great location but needs some updates
It is obvious there is an issue with the master bedroom shower. Previous review and directions prove there are issues with the faucets. We called the property manager because we could not get it shut off correctly and the notes said it could flood the kitchen. The way the wand handle was facing it sprayed you with water while trying to adjust the multiple faucet handles. Property manager was condescending about us needing assistance. I mentioned there should be better directions. I think he thought i said directions in general because he said there are and after we finished talking text me the directions. The directions are in the bedroom not the bathroom. As the directions are listed it starts at what would make more sense as the last step. The off valve does not shut everything off if the diverter is not in the correct position. No direction written or verbally given on how to get the diverter in the right position when we were in the phone. Above the fridge were alot of cobwebs, dirt on the wall next to fridge. The master bathroom sink faucets need to be replaced or cleaned better. The house is decorated beautifully and the porches are great. There was a full washer/dryer but we didnt need to use it. Plenty of dishes and cookware

This was a horrible stay, not until after paid rules sent can’t change the ax and the house was hot as hell. Said can turn to 70. But locked thermostat to not be able to change temp. Fans are on slow so couldn’t even turn them up. House smells like old cooking grease, the plumping is horrible. The water faucets have so much calcium build up it goes all over the place, the master shower has poor drainage so standing in ankle deep dirty water in shower then there’s shower itself turned wrong way it’s a leak to the kitchen. Beds are not comfortable . Wi-Fi is slow, and barely works. The neighborhood is sketchy. You can hear the neighbors outside all night. Parking is used up by everyone else so can’t even park in front of house.

Casa Grace
Would recommend property. Very clean. House was built in 1911 but updated. Neighborhood is an urban downtown location. Some extremely nice homes along with some rough areas. Only negatives ; kitchen cookware needs updating. Frying pans old, no baking pans. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Master bath is stunning. Drains do not drain properly. Water standing in shower due to slow drainage. Water pressure in modern sinks has been reduced to allow drains to empty. Price was a great value. Positives definitely outweigh negatives.

Beautiful home, great stay in Jacksonville
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient location to most places we chose to visit in town. Jason was quick to respond to any question or concerns, though we had very few. The pictures were a very accurate presentation of the home which was very clean. Street parking was not a problem. We would not hesitate to book another stay at this property on our next visit.

Awesome stay!
My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The house was clean, the neighborhood was lovely, much better than what some other reviews suggest. Jason was a lovely host, and the house is in a location that is a short drive from mostly everything in Jax. About 20-30 minutes from the airport. Will probably book again next time we take a trip to Jax!
