No TV remote on arrival. Took a few interactions to get that resolved. All in all it is a very tired property. Front desk lady was nice but at the mercy of sketchy management. If you have to stay in Somerset spend a few bucks and have a better night. BTW. Dinner at the alpine Club, short walk from hotel was just fine.

Its a gross place. Linens are so old and wore. Everything, with the exception of the brand new hallway carpet. This place doesn't deserve to be branded.

Property was clean everything seem to be in place. The only disappointing thing was the air-conditioning was very very loud and did not call the room sufficiently
