Elevatpr areas need cleaned and refreshed. Room was freezing until i turned yhe heat on, hallways remained cold. No security to access the interior of building and hallways.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with breakfast included. When we arrived, there was a note at the front desk . . .breakfast not included. They need to update amenities listing in the Hotels.com ad. We spend 30-40 nights a year on the road, and the bedding was the most uncomfortable to sleep on that we've slept on in years.

They had a terrific rate because. They are for sale rooms clean hallways cold because not a lot of guests no breakfast because of huge discounts on room it would have been nice to have coffee in the morning

It was difficult to summons someone for check-in.(at 4PM!) Upon inspection of the room, tile was broken in the bath room,light shades were broken, and the bedding was dirty (not just stained but DIRTY) a call to the front desk resulted in repeated busy signal. A trip to the front desk produced absolutely no-one to address the problem We put the keys in the drop box and left to find better accomodations
