Truly amazing !!!!!

We have been to Sunsea villas atleast six times and were never disappointed.The views of the ocean thro the top floor balcony is very amazing and relaxing. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants.We went as a family of five and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. I dont think there is a better place than Sunsea and We will always continue going there. The check in was very smooth and the office very helpful.Checkout too was simple and no hassles

The property was clean. Old look but it was good. The AC was not in the master bedroom but we didn't need it in the end as the weather was pleasant. It had everything you need. Overall it was a good experience and if we ever visit Kalbarri again we will definitely stay there.

Dirty run down apartment

This was the worse apartment we had during our trip in Australia. Dirty and run down. We left the apartment on hour after our arrival. We didn't receive our money back. Very dissappointing.

Great location and fully equipped villa, very spacious and clean. Windows were not lockable so could be opened from outside leaving it unsafe. Needs a bit of an update inside, very dated. Price seemed very high for the condition of the villa.

The villa is fully equipped with whatever the customers might want to use.The location is in a beautiful spot with views from the room and courtyard over Chinaman's Bay. In close vicinity to restaurants and a good bakery.

Excellent beach side position

Had to find alternative accommodation for our first night because someone took our arrival letter so we didn't know which was our unit or the key box code! Also nobody answered our phone call, however next morning when we arrived at the office everything was sorted out. Seeking $145 reimbursement for the required alternative accommodation @ Kalbarri Seafront Villas 24hr check in Grey street. Suggest communication by text message or email with unit number and key box code would be far more reliable and safer. Would avoid anybody else but the intended recipient entering the premises and or inconvenience. The rest of our stay was very pleasant!

总的来说地点很好，设施不错，很干净。但是入住时，没网络，说坏了，住了两天都是没网络的。而且我们带了一个小孩，前台收了澳币59两天。我们在美国，加拿大都不需要付七岁小孩费用的，在前台收费用比hotels上面多加一个成人还贵。就是这两点不好。

Kalbarri Sunsea Villas

Initial observation was that rooms are quite dated, however everything you need is there and it all works. A comfortable two night stay for three adults on a trip further north. Good value for money.

if you like being woken up at 6am every morning

Our villa was attached to reception so was noisey all the time you could hear manager on phone all the time. The air charter pilot came in at 6am every morning and was not quiet at all. The location was excellent, villas are very old and definitely in need of some TLC & updating as very 1970's!

mattress and pillow were so soft with no support at all, woke up with neckache and backache. bedsheets were dirty. Rooms were old and dirty

Pleasant stay; recommended

Three night family stay. Had two bedroom front unit which we enjoyed since had a patio out front to view the Murchinson River flow into the Indian Ocean, watch the parade of various birds fly by or stop to drink in a puddle of water. Location of Sunsea is I think the best of all the lodgings, toward south end of town but still in walking distance to ATM, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants. Arrived later in day and note on office doir for us telling which unit and location of keys. Staff friendly and helpful. Unit was aged and in a few places not quite as clean as it could have been but nothing that was gross. Unit had a waher which my wife loved. Comfortable and roomy unit. Kitchen large and easy to work in and enough utensils, glasses, cooking pots, pans. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom which I loved. Lots of space for luggage or hanging things. Decent shower with plenty hot water. No WiFi which was a bummer for my 10 and 12 y.o. boys but they were able to feed off our cellular as Hotspots. Good cellular reception and 4G in town. Outside town not si much. Overall, we had a nice stay and found our unit comfortable. Would recommend getting one of the front units for their ease of crossing over to park and beach and the pleasantness of just sitting out in the front facing patio, enjoying a drink, watching the sun go down...

Absolutely perfect location

Fantastic place to stay a stones throw from the jetty and playground for kids.Perfect place for sunset view..Chalet had heaps of room and had everything we needed.Will 100% definately stay again.

Nice location but very dusty inside

It's literally just in front of the coast which is lovely. The only letdown was the dusty bedsheets and overboards which kept my whole family sneezing and uncomfortable - something that must be really looked at to give paying customers the holiday comfort they need.

Fantastic accomadation

Right across from the river mouth beach and views of the ocean. Had a patio facing the beach with table chairs and BBQ. Full size kitchen also had a washing machine with clothesline outside which came in handy. Lounge meals area and 2 bedrooms. Had a great relaxing stay. Walking distance to all shops cafes pubs with everything you need available
