Very basic hotel.
Stayed here for one night as a family of four in a deluxe family room. Booked through hotels.com and did not find out until check in that there are NO BATHROOMS in the hotel room. Bathrooms are shared for all rooms. Very disappointed that hotels.com did not mention this in their information about the hotel as this is a huge factor in booking a hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel we had to wait 45 minutes for an employee to come to the reservation desk, despite calling several times. The rooms are very basic - very dorm room esque. I would not consider this a hotel, would consider it more of a hostel. Was kept clean. Free basic breakfast. While close to Astrid Lindgren world, is not really walkable.

Nightmare in Remote Småland
A nightmare trip to Astrid Lindgrens Värld because of this dumphole. Don't know if it's them or Hotels.com but we could book it two days before arrival. However they claim they don't work with Hotels.com any longer. Anyway, it was a worn down place with foreign staff that didn't want to understand nor help. Hotels.com relocated us to a village 45 km away in the Småland woods. No taxi, luckily we caught the last train / buss. Next morning getting back to ALV took over 2 hours. If you consider visiting ALV make sure to double check your hotel or whatever you booked. You don't want to be surprised there. It is truly the middle of nowhere. AVOID THIS PLACE if it comes up in your search.

Rekommenderar
Fantastiskt trevlig personal, fint bemötande och så behjälpliga. Själva stället är rent men slitet och det finns inga toaletter eller duschar inne på rummet, men då var rummet stort och rymligt. Vi är nöjda med vistelsen, nära till Astrid Lindgrens värld.
