Great place to stay!
I really loved this hotel, the lady at the counter that checked us in was great. The bartender was great. I would say the breakfast may be lacking a little bit, but I’m also a picky eater.

Terrible and incompetent
The family are staying in the Hotel due to major surgery by one of the family members at a nearby hospital. First, they put us on the 4th floor and the elevators broke down. 65 plus year old folks shoving to climb the stairs. Then the second night, a fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and everyone is standing downstairs in the cold. Fire dept came and said the equipment was bad and turned off the alarm. Last, we needed to add an extra night on the card on file which they couldn’t figure out how to do it. The card used was the guy having surgery and they said they needed the original card to add the extra night. Couldn’t just use the one already on file. So my daughter gave her hers, which they double charges. They then double charges the original card too for the extra day and original stay. They have over 1000 dollars tied up on 2 cards for a 350 dollar total stay. This is the most incompetent bunch or Hotel I have ever dealt with. Needless to say, it has soured my opinion of Marriott hotels. I won’t be staying there again in any Marriott.

The property and amenities are good in perfect condition and very clean. The only problem is the sofa bed mattress, God this was really damaged and is inhumane to lay down, the springs push. I recommend to change. It could be a great suite because has privacy with the master room aside.
