We had a reservation for a 2 Queen Bedroom. At checkin they said they were overbooked and put us at a 1 King + Sleeper sofa. The sofa was dusty and mattress was terrible! We had to contact Hotels.com to get transferred to a different hotel and honor our room type. Hotels.com did a good job helping us to relocate.
