The space
The entire house is 10000sqf+ which may be too big and expensive for most groups.
We have it organized in 3 independent and private units.
In most cases you will be renting the central/main private section of it, featuring around 4500sqf. with private self-check-in entrance.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. First bedroom (16’x17’) is with queen bed and twin couch, with private ensuite, walk-in closet and walkout to deck). The second bedroom (20’x14’) has 1 queen bed and double couch, with ensuite and walk-in closet. Third bedroom is with a queen bed, main bath is just across the hall. All bedrooms could possibly accommodate twin mattresses if needed.
On the lower level is the 4th bedroom on 650sqf with 12 feet ceilings featuring also as entertainment room with large tv, pool table, and foosball. It has sleeping arrangements for 7 people, but can be extended if needed.

Living room and dining room are large open concept space and provide opportunity for special moments together.

The kitchen has to be experienced and will not disappoint!

Outdoor entertainment: Pool, hot tub, covered BBQ area, firepit, basketball playground, green area for volleyball, soccer, football or any other group games. There are couple kayaks and a canoe available for you to use as well.

Full house generator guarantees that your fun will not be interrupted by sporadic power outages.

For groups larger than 20 people a second unit can be added as add-on option.
It adds about 3000sqf of space with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gym with peloton bike and treadmill, and lots of open space.

In any event you will be the sole renter of the property and the sole user of the amenities and facilities. The extra units are occupied by the owner. We are committed to assure your maximum privacy and we are mostly invisible!
