Resort style 2 bedrooom 2 bathroom Condo in a perfect location. The superb location provides immediate walking access to the beautiful Okanagan Lake beaches, spectacular Waterfront City Park, waterfront boardwalk, parks, a wetlands area and a bird sanctuary, not to mention a short distance to hiking trails, shops, cafes, several restaurants and patios. Condo includes indoor / outdoor pools with hot tubs, gym and games rooms. Condo includes a patio equipped with BBQ with a great view

Discovery Bay is a family resort and is a great place to enjoy respectfully as the condo is mixed with short term rentals and full time residents. Respect for the unit, the building and its amenities is incredibly important. The condo has a variety of bylaws to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone. A few of the bylaws include:
- no drinking in the common areas including pool, hot tub, etc
- no excessive noise after 9pm

Any bylaw violations result in a $200 fine which will be charged back to the guests. This is not a unit to come and party in, but available for anyone who wants to enjoy Kelowna in a respectful manner.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Outdated and needed a solid cleaning
The location of this condo is great , walking distance to restaurants and pubs and the arena . The photos in the add are outdated . The place could use a good cleaning . Thick dust on the TV stand , rings around the toilet bowl . At check in the lock box at a different location would not open to get the building fobs out of it , had to wait in our unit for about 45 minutes for the property manager to show up with another set of fobs after being buzzed in the building and parking on the street . Could use some new towels and bath mats as they were old and fraying . The bunk bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable and super squeaky every time you turned over . I love this location the unit just needs some TLC

Great location!
We loved how spacious our condo was. Great size kitchen with all utensils. Very convenient to have the washer and dryer available. Our condo was on the same floor as the pool, and the pool was ideal. The location of the unit was near walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and the city park. We booked again for next year!

Much needed getaway
We had a lovely time getting away for a few days at this awesome property. Had everything we needed, lots of space, beautiful view, proximity to nature walks for our daughter was literally out the front door, and best of all the hot tubs and pools. The water was warm in the "cold" pool and soooo steamy in the hot tub. Had a really lovely experience and great interactions with the owner and housekeeping. Highly recommend! Steps away from a downtown beaches and cultural district. Thanks so much.

Disappointing
Overall property is dated and need of repairs. Mentioned in previous reviews the deficiencies none seemed to be addressed at the time of our stay. The bbq was not fit to use. The fan blades in the bedroom was filthy. Toilet handle broken, non locking bedroom patio door. Etc. all issues were brought to the attention of the owner with supporting pictures. We hope that these areas will be addressed.

We enjoyed the space that this 2 bedroom condo afforded us in comparison to a regular hotel room. The kids enjoyed the amenity room and pools. The property manager was great and easy to connect with and our check in process was seamless. The suite overall is tired and is in need of some renovations. There was a significant burn mark on the exterior wall directly behind the BBQ on the patio which included some melted window trims. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen are in 5/10 condition. The flooring is a floating vinyl variety but the planks slide freely and leave gaps in the middle of the room. This is a decent condo and the value for the price is good, but we will be looking elsewhere on future visits.

Great location on the waterfront for two nights. Spacious condo, perfect for four with secure parking, and amenities. Check-in was easy. Second bedroom had a single bed and a bunkbed where the bottom mattress springs protruded. Kitchenware was well used.

Great Neighbourhood, Attentive Host
We had some issues with the lockbox checking in, but host was extremely helpful and did his best to deal with it, which he did promptly. After that, it was perfect. Great space, great area of town. Everything you could ask for. One quirk of the design of these buildings is that if people are outside on their deck, their sound can be heard very clearly inside the living room of your suite. Besides that, I highly recommend this condo.
