Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Kids had a blast

Our family had great northern Cali vacay here. The home was perfect for traveling with kids—spacious, safe, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for my wife and I & our 3 kiddies to relax, and the quiet surroundings w/ the babbling brook made it feel like a true escape.The kids loved exploring the outdoor space and brook and watching for birds and deer and of course the WIFI was good!. We enjoyed having grilled meals together on the deck and hanging in the cozy living rooms in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were clean and comfy—everyone slept great!The location was ideal—peaceful and private, but still close to towns, family-friendly wineries, and fun places to explore nearby. The host was welcoming and made everything super easy from booking to check-in.We used the location as a base, made some really special family memories here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and fun retreat!

Beautiful Stay in a Spectacular Property

My family recently stayed at this beautiful property for some wine tasting events we had planned. It was my husband and I plus my parents, and we have two pups and an infant, so we were looking for something flexible and spacious. This property was beautiful- it was clean, modern, peaceful, and an excellent location (for us, who prefer Sonoma to Napa). It was a great starting point for cycling, close to Kenwood and Glen Ellen, and easy enough to get through the mountain pass on Trinity Grade to get to Oakville and beyond. The property had everything we needed and had high-end amenities, and the communication with the property management company was seamless. The only two opportunities for improvement we could think of were: we couldn’t get the bluetooth stereo system to work, which could have been user error(!), and backing out of the driveway is a bit scary since it is on two blind curves. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place, our favorite being the patio by the creek, which is where we spent most of our time. The whole backyard was fenced in so the pups could explore, and everything we could have wanted was provided. Will absolutely return whenever we come back with another couple!

The location along Sonoma Creek was wonderful and very comfortable. The facility was clean and comfortable with several amenities. Staff was very responsive to our initial questions about the heating system and the situation was quickly resolved. The rental was described as having two king beds. On a 3rd page it was described as a king and a queen. In reality it was a king and a double bed (our assessment). Hopefully, the management company can resolve this in their listing.Other than that, it was a wonderful rental experience. We would not hesitate to rent this locale again.
