The property was under new management and under renovation. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere, The room AC was cold and did not respond to thermostat. Had to shut it off and still was too cold! Our favorite bar was closed for renovation. The pool water was not heated. The pool bar drinks were watered down and tasted poorly. Our room bathroom sliding door got stuck and difficult to open. The parking lot was an obstacle course due to painting equipment. The breakfast buffet was under staffed and had no plates available and some dishes were in need of replenishment. The check in assigned a room far from the elevator even after seeing guest walking with a cane, Had to request room relocation. My 6th stay at this hotel was a bad experience. The least they could do was to give a price discount Bad, Bad

My Husband and I just came back from a 4 day 3 night stay. We have stayed here 4 years in a row, celebrating our anniversary. The location is right in the middle of Duval Street so you are close to Bars, restaurants and entertainment. They were having some renovations while we were there, but the staff, Monroe Holloway and Tiffany Scott made sure that our stay was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back next year for our 40th. Thanks again for a great vacation! Sharon and Rich Bowen
